CHP Cites Charter For Field Trip Bus Violations
The California Highway Patrol conducted a surprise inspection of several charter buses and drivers that had taken a group of Hayward students on a field trip Tuesday after receiving a tip that they might find several violations involving both the drivers and the vehicles that officials said could have put the children in danger.
