ESCANABA ? Free LifeRides will once again be available on New Year?s Eve. Transportation will be offered without charge from 9 p.m. on Monday, Dec. 31, through 6 a.m. on Tuesday, Jan. 1. Rides will be provided by Escanaba Taxi and JN Taxi, along with Celebration Charter buses.
