National Guard?s 224th Engineers will be back in Albany soon By Cathy Ingalls Albany Democrat-Herald Mandy Rebel of Albany was married to her husband Casey Renfro less than two months when he shipped out last June to Iraq with the 224th Engineer Co. of the Oregon Army National Guard.
